Tannhäuser Security attaches great importance to ethical principles, integrity and compliance. Our work is based on compliance with the highest ethical business standards and compliance with laws, rules and regulations. Requirements for employees and remuneration

We expect above-average performance from our employees when it comes to protecting the physical integrity, life or property of our clients. We expect average physical fitness, attentiveness, perception, stress-resistant, safe and effective handling of all kinds of firearms, willingness to work at night, overtime, shift work and participation in in-house training and retention measures. Furthermore, we ask a lot and pay fairly.

Alcohol and / or drug abuse

Tannhäuser Security pursues an absolute zero tolerance policy for alcohol and drug consumption in the workplace and for employees who come to work intoxicated with drugs or alcohol.
